Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of the product, all digital products are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE.

Apparel
As all apparel is made to order, the items you received were made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. This production method helps to eliminate waste. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
If a refund is the agreed upon resolution to an order that is received damaged or incorrect, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
