Digital Downloads

Please note that when you purchase a digital product that no physical product will be shipped.

Digital downloads that are pre-made will be available for immediate download after purchase. 

Digital downloads that are made to order will be sent to the e-mail provided by the customer within 10 business days of purchase. 

 

Physical Products

After receiving your order, we aim to create and ship your product(s) within 6-8 business days. Large orders (12+ items) have a longer production time, around 12-16 business days.

Expected Shipping times are typically 2-8 business days.

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Orders being shipped outside of Canada are subject to customs or duty fees and are the responsibility of the purchaser. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office.
